With over a decade of experience in high-end residential construction, Nick's career grew from his passion for delivering exceptional quality and innovative housing.

Now, as Director at Arlo Projects, Nick leverages his extensive experience to drive project success through meticulous attention to detail, efficient stakeholder management, and a commitment to industry-leading practices. Nick has worked on both residential builds up to a value of $10m with some of Melbourne’s best known architects.

Nick thrives in team-oriented environments, passionately ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and delivering exceptional results across all project phases.

Ryley Berry

With a Bachelor of Business at RMIT behind him, Ryley’s journey in the construction industry began in administration for a well-respected commercial builder, where he developed a foundational understanding of the construction process before undertaking a carpentry apprenticeship. During this time, Ryley was immersed in the world of architectural building, collaborating with seasoned carpenters who instilled in him a keen eye for detail and precision.

Upon completing his apprenticeship, Ryley progressed into Site Management, where he has since worked alongside some of Melbourne's leading architectural builders gaining extensive experience allowing him to navigate the complexities of construction projects with a strong foundation in effective and proactive communication.
